Abstract

Amazinga okushisa embulunga yonke akhula kancane kancane, okuholela ekushintsheni okuphawulekayo kokuhlukahluka kwe-microbial kanye ne-ecology.Ocwaningweni lwamanje, abacwaningi bahlukanisa isikhunta esikhula ngokushisa okuphezulu neqembu elifana nesikhunta (i-Oomycota) elivela ezindaweni zasemanzini ahlanzekile e-Korea futhi bawahlonze ngokusekelwe ekuhlaziyeni kwamasiko, i-morphological, kanye ne-multilocus phylogenetic. Lolu cwaningo luqinisekisa ubukhona besikhunta esibekezelela izinga lokushisa eliphezulu kanye nama-oomycetes e-Korea futhi luphakamisa ukuthi izimo zezulu zase-Korea ziyashintsha ngokuvuna lezi zinhlobo. Lokhu kukhombisa ukuthi ukufudumala kwesimo sezulu kushintsha ukusatshalaliswa kwama-microbial ezindaweni ezinamanzi ahlanzekile.
