Abstract
Izibonelo zabantu abadala ezihloliwe ocwaningweni lwamanje zaqoqwa ezindaweni eziphakathi kwamagagasi ogwini oluseningizimu nentshonalanga yamanzi aseKorea kusetshenziswa izisefo ezingama-500 μm-mesh. Ukubhekwa kwenzelwe kokubili izibonelo ezibukhoma nezigxilile. Izibonelo ezibukhoma zaxegiswa kusixazululo esingu-10% se-MgCl2, futhi izici ze-morphological zabonwa ngaphansi kwe-stereomicroscope (Leica MZ125; Germany). Izithombe zithathwe kusetshenziswa ikhamera yedijithali (TucsenI-Dhyana 400DC; Fuzhou Fujian, China) ngohlelo lokuthwebula (Tucsen Mosaic version 15; Fuzhou Fujian, China). Ukuhlolwa kwe-morphological yezibonelo ze-Spio ezivela ogwini oluseningizimu nentshonalanga ye-Korea, kuhlanganiswe nokuhlaziywa kwamangqamuzana ezingxenye ezintathu zofuzo ezivela ezintweni ezisanda kuqoqwa, kwembula ukuba khona kohlobo olwalungachazwa ngaphambili lwe-Spio, S.pigmentata sp.
