Libra 3412UM
The Libra 3412UM features global shutter monochrome CMOS sensors, delivering high speed and high resolution imaging. Covering a wide spectral range of 350–1100 nm, they provide excellent performance for multi-channel fluorescence applications. With a USB 3.0 interface, these cameras offer plug-and-play operation with high-speed, low-latency data transfer, enabling direct connection to standard microscopes and computers for efficient workflows.
The global shutter architecture with simultaneous exposure of all pixels, compared with traditional rolling shutter cameras, effectively eliminates motion blur and distortion during fast movement or scene changes, thereby delivering smoother, more natural imaging and higher operational efficiency.
Libra 3412UM supports most fluorescence imaging scenarios, especially multi-channel scanning applications. Quantum efficiency reaches up to 75% in the visible range, comparable to front-illuminated sCMOS, and up to 47% at 800 nm NIR—about 2× higher than conventional CMOS cameras.
The USB 3.0 interface offers plug-and-play convenience and easy setup, making it ideal for standalone microscope systems. Combined with the Mosaic 3.0 software platform, it delivers advanced real-time image processing such as live image stitching and depth-of-field fusion, significantly boosting overall microscopy workflow efficiency.
