Overview

The Gemini 16KTDI is designed for large-format industrial inspection, delivering a 16K high-resolution imaging solution. It covers 300–1100 nm spectral range, with 92.4% QE at 450 nm. Equipped with 100G CoF interface, it supports 500 KHz line rate. The stable cooling technology suppresses thermal noise in high-speed operation, enhancing high-end equipment’s precision and efficiency.

  • 16K Ultra-High Resolution

    16K resolution provides a much wider field of view, reducing scan counts in panel, wafer, and print inspection to improve throughput and line efficiency. Fewer lateral cameras are required, minimizing stitching, eliminating seam and calibration errors, and enhancing inspection consistency and edge accuracy—ideal for large-format, high-precision, high-speed inspection.

  • 100G CoF High-Speed Interface

    100G CoF (CoaXPress-over-Fiber) extends the CoaXPress 2.0 standard over optical fiber. A single interface supports up to 100 Gbps bandwidth, enabling long-distance, interference-resistant transmission with low latency and easy integration, well suited for ultra-high data-throughput inspection systems.

  • 0 °C Stable Cooling Technology

    In high-end inspection applications, even grayscale fluctuations of 1–2 DN can impact results. Tucsen’s proven cooling technology enables precise low-temperature control of the image sensor and maintains a stable operating temperature of 0 °C during long-term operation. As shown, Tucsen cooled cameras deliver a more uniform image background and lower noise levels.
