Overview

The Gemini 16KTDI is designed for large-format industrial inspection, delivering a 16K high-resolution imaging solution. It covers 300–1100 nm spectral range, with 92.4% QE at 450 nm. Equipped with 100G CoF interface, it supports 500 KHz line rate. The HEX & TES cooling ensures stable data acquisition by mitigating performance fluctuations caused by system overheating, while also reducing equipment integration complexity and maintenance costs.

  • 16K Ultra-High Resolution

    16K resolution provides a much wider field of view, reducing scan counts in panel, wafer, and print inspection to improve throughput and line efficiency. Fewer lateral cameras are required, minimizing stitching, eliminating seam and calibration errors, and enhancing inspection consistency and edge accuracy—ideal for large-format, high-precision, high-speed inspection.

  • 100G CoF High-Speed Interface

    100G CoF (CoaXPress-over-Fiber) extends the CoaXPress 2.0 standard over optical fiber. A single interface supports up to 100 Gbps bandwidth, enabling long-distance, interference-resistant transmission with low latency and easy integration, well suited for ultra-high data-throughput inspection systems.

  • TES & HEX Cooling Technology

    The new HEX & TES cooling architecture optimizes heat conduction paths and airflow management. This enables direct camera embedding into equipment and connection to internal air ducts or exhaust systems, eliminating external cooling, avoiding overheating-induced data inaccuracy, and reducing integration difficulty and maintenance costs.

  • PRNU/DSNU Calibration

    The Gemini 16KTDI Camera supports flexible access to hundreds of PRNU and DSNU calibration parameter sets, enabling equipment manufacturers to develop customized calibration strategies tailored to their optical systems and operating environments, ensuring system-level imaging consistency.
