Libra 22
The Libra 22 is a large field-of-view monochrome cooled sCMOS microscope camera designed for advanced fluorescence imaging applications. With a peak 92% QE, a wide response across all modern fluorophores, and read noise as low as 1 electron, the Libra 22 models ensure that you capture the most signal for the lowest noise, giving best quality images.Compatible with mainstream fluorescence microscope platforms, it supports precise triggering and synchronized image acquisition.
The Libra 22 delivers with a 22mm diameter, which is the default maximum field of view for the classical C-Mount and also a number of other microscopes and spinning disc manufacturers. The square sensor perfectly fits, ensuring that you get the flattest distortion-free fluorescent images.
The Libra 25 has a peak quantum efficiency of 92% and a low readout noise of 1.0e-electrons, designed for weak light imaging needs. You can choose to image in high sensitivity mode when signals are low or high dynamic range when you need to distinguish both high and low signals in the same image.
The Libra 22 operates at 37 fps ensuring you can focus without lag and capture quality video rate images. The camera is also complete with a full series of advanced triggers for combining with illumination devices for high-speed multichannel imaging experiments.
