The Dhyana 400D is a front-side illuminated sCMOS cooling camera. It has typical performances such as high sensitivity, low noise and high-speed readout etc. The Peak QE at 600nm reaches up to 72%, while the readout noise under high dynamic mode is only 2.5e-, which can be widely used for low light imaging applications, including bioluminescence, chemiluminiscence etc.
